1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as when you received it
• Unused with all original tags and packaging intact
• In the original box or packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used health and personal care items
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Customized or personalized items
• Digital products (software, downloadable content)

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 3: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label (for US orders) or return instructions.

Step 4: Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.

4. Refund Process

• Return Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 1-2 business days
• Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after your return is approved
• Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal)
• Shipping Costs:
  • Free returns for defective or incorrect items
  • Customer pays for return shipping on change-of-mind returns

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
• We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund
• No return shipping required for defective items

6. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item:

• Contact us immediately with your order number
• We will send you the correct item at no additional cost
• A prepaid return label will be provided for the incorrect item

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days:

• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company (may take time to post)
• Contact your bank (processing time varies)

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@flystore.com.

9. International Returns

For international orders:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Customs fees are non-refundable
• Please allow extra processing time for international returns
